Our Property Maintenance Plans

Houses change over time.  We think it's best to give your house an annual check up to find problems early and prevent major disasters.  We suggest you have your residence inspected on a regular basis.  It is also extremely important to maintain your investment property (from single family homes to large apartment buildings) to prevent any building problems from affecting tenant property.

Our plans include a full inspection of the property at the beginning of the program followed by crawl space only and/or attic only inspections every year thereafter.  We suggest repeating the full inspection every five to seven years.  We also recommend adding an optional energy audit to the program.
